The 39 clues is a must read series for those of you who like adventure, action, mystery and sheer determination in the face of death. This series follows 2 siblings Amy and Dan Cahill as they compete in a race around the world to find a serum that will make them the most powerful people in the world. But to find it they must collect all 39 clues hidden around the world while staying alive against all odds. The other competitors will stop at nothing to get the serum, including sabotage, explosions, fires, assassins and traps. But the worst thing is that the other competitors are their family.
After seeing several people die, the Cahills are not ready for several shocking discoveries and they are horrified at what they discover. But I don't want to spoil this for you so I'm gonna stop telling you about this series.
This series has a number of different authors with each book in the series being written by a different person. The authors include some of my favourites, such as Rick Riordan, so it is no wonder I love this series. Other authors are Gordon Korman, Judith Watson, Peter Lerangis, Patrick Carman, Margaret Peterson Haddox and Linda Sue Park. I would recommend this series for people aged 9-11 and I hope you enjoy this series.
